About Juli B

Welcome, I’m Juli, and I created Just Be to share the practice that transformed my life: mindfulness meditation. My path hasn’t been easy - As a mom with two young kids, I faced a life threatening brain surgery at the height of the pandemic, breast cancer twice, divorce and profound loss. What carried me through wasn’t pushing harder, but softening into presence. Mindfulness gave me resilience, healing and the ability to meet life with compassion rather than fear. I'm a graduate of the 2 year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) created and taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and I've been practicing meditation for 8 years.

I learned that the most powerful path to wellness is self-compassion - accepting and loving yourself by seeing who you truly are, beyond limiting beliefs. Stress, anxiety and fear misalign us, making us forget our wholeness. But meditation brings us back. Through mindfulness meditation we reconnect to our true, beautiful nature - and from there, we live with more clarity, awareness and contentment.

This is what Just Be is all about: coming home to yourself - resting in presence, reconnecting with who you truly are, and stepping out of the constant striving that our culture confuses with worth. Wellness begins when you remember that you are already enough.
