About Juli B
Welcome, I’m Juli, and I created Just Be to share the practice that transformed my life: mindfulness meditation. My path hasn’t been easy - As a mom with two young kids, I faced a life threatening brain surgery at the height of the pandemic, breast cancer twice, divorce and profound loss. What carried me through wasn’t pushing harder, but softening into presence. Mindfulness gave me resilience, healing and the ability to meet life with compassion rather than fear. I'm a graduate of the 2 year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) created and taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and I've been practicing meditation for 8 years.
I learned that the most powerful path to wellness is self-compassion - accepting and loving yourself by seeing who you truly are, beyond limiting beliefs. Stress, anxiety and fear misalign us, making us forget our wholeness. But meditation brings us back. Through mindfulness meditation we reconnect to our true, beautiful nature - and from there, we live with more clarity, awareness and contentment.
This is what Just Be is all about: coming home to yourself - resting in presence, reconnecting with who you truly are, and stepping out of the constant striving that our culture confuses with worth. Wellness begins when you remember that you are already enough.

My offerings
Virtual group mindfulness classes
This is a space for unlearning old habits - the self-criticism, the constant striving, the need for external validation - and replacing them with self-forgiveness, resilience, and inner steadiness. Together, we practice how not to get stuck in anxiety, how to release resentments and how to let go with grace.
You’ll learn to accept all of life - the pleasant and the unpleasant - and see challenges as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles. Through gratitude practices, heart meditations and compassion-centered teachings, you’ll discover that it is survival of the nurtured: when you nurture your pain, you open the door to joy.
These classes teach you how to live with presence, how to meet yourself with kindness and how to radically accept every part of who you are - the parts you celebrate and the parts you’ve kept hidden.

I’ve witnessed my students become kinder and less judgmental toward themselves and others, more empowered, more courageous, and more at ease - even while navigating challenges like terminal illness, difficult relationships or advocating for their needs at work. Some have found the confidence to ask for promotions, set boundaries and choose themselves with compassion.
Mindfulness is even more powerful when practiced with someone you love. I highly recommend joining with a bestie, sibling, or partner.
Group sessions are for 2–6 people (flexible) and held at a time convenient for your group.

Jen Temperley, performance coach at Fly Health & Wellness, helps women 40+ redefine what’s possible through smart training, strategic nutrition, and movement that keeps them strong for life. She’s passionate about guiding women to feel powerful, capable, and vibrant at every age.
Dr. Christine Vaccaro — West Point graduate, Colonel, and fellowship-trained Urogynecologist and Sexual Medicine Specialist — has been my close friend since middle school. She teaches women practical, evidence-based solutions so they don’t have to suffer in midlife. Her work gives women knowledge, options, and confidence around the changes happening in their bodies.
Together, we support women in accepting, understanding, and honoring their bodies as they age.
